Rob has thirty-four years of experience as a professional appraiser with a diversified appraisal background as an independent fee appraiser, a bank staff review appraiser, chief appraiser, and QC manager. He is recognized as a distinguished member of the Appraisal Institute faculty, teaching courses and seminars that range from Principles to Advanced Concepts and Case Studies. He currently serves as Chapter President of the Houston Chapter and has served that chapter as a board member, secretary, and vice-president. Rob is Vice-Chair of the National Professional Standards and Guidance Committee and Vice-Chair for Region VIII on the AI National Board of Directors.
