Position:  Certified General Appraiser with TDOT

This notification is for a job opportunity with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Bureau Of
Engineering, Right‐Of‐Way Division, Nashville Headquarters. This position requires an applicant to hold a valid
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and at least one year of certified general real property appraisal

Salary
 The current salary range for this classification is $3,533.00 to $5,655.00 per month or $42,396.00 to
$67,860.00 annually.
